Web Design is for bespoke editorial sites — portfolios, small brands, weddings, template-based launches. Solutions is for custom business systems — CRMs, portals, dashboards, B2B workflows, admin tools. Web Design uses fixed packages (Starter / Professional / Premium). Solutions uses tiered engagements (Discovery, MVP $7,900, Full $15,000+) because scope varies dramatically. If you're unsure which fits, book the free intro call and we'll figure it out together.
Web Design: Starter ~2 weeks · Professional 3–4 weeks · Premium ~6 weeks. Solutions: MVP builds ship in 30 days or less; Full builds vary by scope (agreed on the discovery call). The clock starts once the deposit lands and the brief is signed off.
For Web Design (Care plan): framework + plugin updates, weekly backups, 1 hour of edit time per month, and a monthly check-in with a 30-min call if you need it. Fixed monthly rate, no surprise invoices. For Solutions: ongoing maintenance is available and customized per project — monitoring, feature iteration, and support windows scoped when we agree the engagement.
Absolutely — no lock-in. Give 30 days' written notice, and I export your codebase, hand over DNS + CMS + analytics access, and you can host anywhere. Your final month is billed in full (non-refundable) and covers the handover work. Clean break, no hostage-taking.
Web Design: paid 100% upfront once scope is agreed and you've submitted the full brief. Solutions: Discovery calls are free; MVP and Full builds use a milestone schedule (typically 50% to start, 25% at build midpoint, 25% at handoff). Once a project kicks off, payments are non-refundable. Monthly maintenance is billed monthly in advance. Invoices and receipts are available on request.
Yes — every engagement is governed by my Terms & Conditions (linked in the footer). When you confirm an engagement by email, text, chat, or signed proposal, AND submit payment for the agreed scope, you're automatically accepting those Terms. Web Design and Solutions have separate, tailored Client Services Agreements that spell out the deliverables specific to each. No separate signature needed for the Terms. Read them anytime at /terms.
100%. The code, design files, and domain are yours — for both Web Design and Solutions. I build host-agnostic — you can move to any hosting provider. For Solutions, you also own the data model, business logic, and any custom workflows I build for you.
Both. Send Figma files and I'll build from them. Have rough ideas? I'll design from there. Middle ground — moodboards, competitor screenshots — works great too.
